All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless your Bible arrives visibly damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the shipping box and the Bible showing the damage.
Once verified, we will:
- Ship you a new replacement Bible
- Include a prepaid return label so you can send the damaged one back
Bibles that have been used, written in, or altered are not eligible for replacement.
